All our prices may be subject to changes and are intended  per unit per day inclusive electricity, central heating, water and final cleaning. The daily personal Tourist Tax is not included in the price.

We would like to inform you that the access to the swimming-pool and SPA area during the afternoon
(14:30 - 19:00) costs 12,00 euro per person and access (adults and children of any age). 
During the morning hours (09:00 - 12:00) the access will remain free of charge.

Minimum age for the use of the saunas and the sauna area is 14 years

Bathrobe against payment available upon request at the spa or at the front desk for 10 euro

daily cleaning: between 48 euro and 58 euro per day depending on the size of the apartment
single cleaning: between 85 euro and 130 euro
final cleaning: the final cleaning is included for stays of minimum 7 nights. For shorter stays, we will charge between 85 euro and 130 euro depending on the size of the apartment

• cash payments
We will be able to accept cash payments up to 2.999 euro per adult person. For amounts exceeding this value, please contact the front desk for further information.

• dogs and small pets

• We accept dogs and pets with a maximum weight of 18kg.
• Dogs and pets are only allowed in selected apartments and must be announced when making the request. Dogs and pets are considered accepted after written confirmation from the Posta Zirm Hotel.
• The daily price for dogs and pets is 20.00 euro. This amount does not include any service.
• Please note that our employees are only allowed to enter the apartment in absence of the dog / pet.
• Dogs and pets are not permitted in any public areas of the hotel such as lobby, house bar, any dining rooms, spa/fitness areas. Dogs and pets may only be led from the residential unit to the entrance and exit of the residence.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.

Deposit and cancellation

In order to confirm the booking, we kindly ask you for a deposit of 30% of the entire amount of the booking. The following cancellation policies will be applied:

• More than 30 days prior to your arrival we will allow you to move the deposit within the current season and for an equivalent booking as the initial one and is subject to availability and seasonal booking restrictions.
• Between 29 and 8 days prior to your arrival we will charge 50% of the entire amount of your stay.
• Less than 7 days prior to your arrival we will charge 80% of the entire amount of your stay.
